General These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through snozzberriesbytoim.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Products All candles and scented products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, and scent throw are natural and not considered defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item received.
Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
Payment We accept all major credit cards and available payment methods at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
Shipping Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Candle Safety Our products are intended for personal use only. Always follow safe candle burning practices — never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children and pets, and burn on a heat-resistant surface. Snozzberries by ToiM is not liable for damages resulting from improper use.
