Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Candles & Fragile Items Our products are carefully packaged to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at getlit@snozzberries.com with photos and we'll make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages Snozzberries by ToiM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
